RATES for 1 bedroom:

$425 AUD per night (Friday / Saturday) for the run of the house and the use of 1 bedroom (no more than 2 people) 

$375 AUD per night (Sunday through Thursday) nights for the run of the house and the use of 1 bedroom (no more than 2 people)

RATES for 2 bedrooms:

$500 AUD per night (Friday / Saturday) for the run of the house and 2 bedrooms (no more than 2 people per bedroom)

$450 AUD per night (Sunday through Thursday) nights for the run of the house and 2 bedrooms (no more than 2 people per bedroom)

A minimum stay of 2 nights and a 20% surcharge for public holiday weekends, Easter and Christmas period applies.

The property will be cleaned once a week for stays over 7 nights.
